1. Affordable Excellence: Our pricing is simple - $3 per pound. This is based on hanging weight. In addition their will be processing fees which will vary on how you desire your pork!
 
2. Portions: On average, a half pig weighs around 100 pounds hanging weight, with a margin of plus or minus 20 pounds. This provides a delightful variety of cuts to explore. The finished box weight will differ depending on your cut selection. When placing your order, please select if you are interested in a half or whole pig.
 
3. Taste the Freshness: With our locally-sourced pork, you can savor the distinct flavor and support local agriculture.
 
4. Limited Availability: Our pig offerings are in high demand, and it's first come, first served. Secure your order before it's too late! Fall-Exclusive: Please note that our pork offerings are exclusively available in the fall due to our seasonal approach.
