Our journey began with a simple mission: to raise our family on a farm and provide them with nutrient-dense, natural foods. Over a decade ago, we embarked on our dairy farming venture, driven by a desire to connect people with the source of their food and share the bountiful treasures of our land.

In 1952, our grandparents Lukas and Alberdina Stapel set out from the Netherlands with little more than the clothes on their backs. In fact, Grandpa had a note pinned to his jacket as they navigated a thoroughly unfamiliar country. "Please assist with train change, couple speaks only Dutch" Why did they make such an effort to begin anew in a foreign country? They had one thing in mind: opportunity.
After having left the family farm in Howards Grove, WI, brothers Brody and Jory both returned with enthusiasm and energy in 2012. They had one thing in mind: opportunity. Opportunity to raise their families on a farm, opportunity to work for themselves and bring about their own success. Opportunity to be a part of our country's food security.

We're bubbling with excitement to share a big scoop of news with you! Farm Stapels is embarking on a journey to build its very own creamery. While we currently offer delicious meats, honey, and farm-fresh eggs, the creamery is our next exciting step. We'll soon be pouring fresh milk into our lineup, followed by an array of other dairy delights. We can't wait to share this farm-fresh adventure with you and keep you updated on our progress. We're gearing up to launch our own creamery, and we're excited to introduce our fresh, glass-bottled milk. Non-homogenized and gently pasteurized, our milk delivers pure, authentic flavor from our farm to your table. We appreciate your company on this exciting path of growth. Cheers to what's to come!

Dairy Cows
Meet our cherished dairy cows, a special blend of Holstein and Jersey crosses. These cows are selected to ensure a smaller size with exceptional milk quality. Our dedication to breeding for A2 genetics enhances the digestibility of our milk, making it not only delicious but also gentle on your stomach. We believe that happy cows make the finest milk, and our commitment to their well-being shines through in every glass.

Beef Cows
Our beef cows, primarily Angus, are raised with the same care and dedication as the rest of our farm family. These robust animals produce succulent, high-quality beef that's packed with flavor. We take pride in providing our beef cows with a comfortable and nourishing environment, resulting in meat that's not only tasty but also a testament to our commitment to superior quality.
OUR BEES
BUZZING WITH SWEETNESS, STRAIGHT FROM THE HIVE
From hive to jar, our honey doesn't have far to travel for your enjoyment. Just like our other farm-raised animals, our bees are essential members of our family. They work diligently right alongside us to produce the finest honey. Carolyn, our dedicated beekeeper, ensures their well-being and the sustainability of our hives throughout the year. Happy and healthy bees are vital to our farm's ecosystem, and their hard work results in honey that's as delicious as it is a testament to our commitment to quality.

OUR CHICKENS
EGGSQUISITE FLAVOR, FEATHERED WITH CARE
For our flock, each year can be different. Let us introduce you to our farm-raised friends this year: our Black Australorps. These delightful hens, lovingly raised on Jory and Erin's farm, lay the foundation for our farm-fresh egg offerings. With their striking black plumage and impressive egg-laying talents, our Australorps bring you the best of nature's bounty. We believe that well-cared-for hens produce the finest eggs, and we're excited to share their wholesome goodness with you. Our hens enjoy the freedom of outside access, ensuring their well-being, while our farm's next generation personally hand-gathers these eggs daily, guaranteeing the utmost freshness and quality.
OUR PIGS
FROM SNOUT TO TAIL, FLAVOR IN EVERY BITE
This year, we have our wonderful Large White pigs. These magnificent creatures are known for their exceptional size and quality. Raised with care and attention on our farm, our Large White pigs provide meat that's nothing short of outstanding. We believe that well-raised pigs result in pork that's not only delicious but also a testament to our dedication to excellence in every aspect of farming.
