We didn’t think beef could get any better… then came Wagyu. Premium quality beef.

 

Our Wagyu beef comes from cattle raised on our farm, with the same care and quality you’ve come to expect from us. Known for its signature rich marbling, Wagyu makes every bite smooth, tender and full of flavor. 

 

We currently have quarters and halves available, with individual cuts coming soon.
All local, all farm-raised, all done the right way.

 

Here's what you need to know:

 

1. Our pricing is straightforward - $5.25 per pound (hanging weight). This covers both the cost of the cow and the butcher processing fee. Your $100 deposit goes towards the final cost. Deposit becomes non-refundable 2 weeks before your scheduled delivery date.

 

2. Hanging weight vs. Finished weight: A Quarter Cow typically weighs between 180-225 pounds hanging weight. The finished box weight will differ depending on cut selection, but the approximate finished weight is around 75 pounds ground beef and 40 pounds of steaks and roasts. When placing your order, please select if you are interested in a quarter, half, or whole cow.

 

3. With our locally-sourced beef, you're getting meat fresh from off of our farm and you're supporting your local farmers.

 

4. It's a "first come, first serve" deal, based on availability. So, don't wait too long to secure your order. We are usually booked out a few months - message us for current availability.

 

5. Whether it's more ground beef, roasts, or steaks, the butcher can cut and process the cow to match your liking.
