Pork Steaks, derived from the shoulder and sliced about an inch thick. These steaks are known a higher fat content and marbling, which gives them that tenderness and rich flavor. These can also be known as Boston butt steak or pork blade steaks. Each package includes 2 steaks, weighing a total of 2lbs.
