WHAT MAKES OUR MILK DIFFERENT

GENTLY HEATED
(PASTEURIZED)

We use low-temperature (vat) pasteurization, which heats the milk just enough to kill harmful bacteria while keeping more nutrients and natural enzymes intact.

NON-HOMOGENIZED (CREAMLINE)

Milk that has not been processed and separates into layers of cream and milk, allowing the cream to rise to the top.

CONTAINS THE A2A2 PROTEIN

Our cows are bred to contain the A2A2 protein, which can be easier to digest and may be gentler on sensitive stomachs compared to regular milk.

In Depth...

Want to know what all those labels on our milk really mean? Let's dive into it a little bit more.

We use low-temperature (vat) pasteurization, which heats the milk just enough to kill harmful bacteria while keeping more nutrients and natural enzymes intact.

It is a slower and gentler process compared to standard methods. Instead of using high temps for a short time, we heat the milk to around 146-150°F and hold it there for 30 minutes.

About Us

We are a family-owned farm in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, passionate about regenerative agriculture, providing high-quality products, and connecting people to the source of their food.

We started by selling eggs, honey, and farm-fresh beef out of our backyard, and now we’re bringing dairy to the community through our newly-built Creamery—while also bringing back the nostalgia of milkman deliveries.

Our milk is processed to keep it as close to its natural state as possible, giving you a fresh, local option you can trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

"'Just here for the milk', a saying I saw on the back of a tee shirt at Farm Stapels. Truly, I'm "just here" for everything they have to offer including; eggs, beef bacon, burgers, honey, ribeye steak & breakfast sausage links, just to name a few. But growing up with a dairy farming family, l've always loved milk, until it didn't love me back. For the last few years I've steered clear of milk as it began to give me stomach issues. It's been years since I last enjoyed a cold glass of milk until Saturday, when I tried a sample at Farm Stapels grand opening. Carolyn, one of the owners took her time to truly engage and educate me on their milk and where it 's from. I figured I'd give it a shot and since Saturday, I haven't had any
stomach issues and l've had a glass in my shake every day for 7 days straight. HOW AMAZING!! Knowing exactly where my milk and other products come from that Farm Stapels has to offer is extremely important to me. If giving up milk is something you've done due to stomach problems, I encourage you to get educated by this
knowledgeable, involved & local family and let them know you're
'just here for the milk' & Support
goodness. Support local. Support Farm Stapels."
